Combining with the engineering example, this paper analysed the cost control points in the construction as a construction party representative, put forward specific management and control methods, solved some loopholes and settlement bequeath problems of cost management, had certain guiding role to the engineering cost management and control.%结合工程实例分析了作为建设方代表在施工过程中对工程成本控制的要点，提出了具体的管理和控制方法，解决了成本管理的一些漏洞和结算的遗留问题，对工程的成本管理和控制具有一定指导作用。
