目的 评价缺血预处理(IPC)对大鼠肝脏的保护作用。方法 在原位灌注的大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注模型上观察IPC的保护作用。结果 预处理可阻止血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及脂质过 氧化物(LPO)水平增高，而使组织超氧化歧化酶(SOD)保持在较高水平。 结 论 缺血预处理对大鼠肝脏有保护作用。%Objective To study the protection of ischemic p reconditioning (IPC) on the hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.Method On the model of rat liver subjected to ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) inju ry,protective effect of IPC was studied.Results IPC prevented t he increase of ALT,AST and LDH in the blood and of lipid peroxide (LPO) in the t issues vs I/R injury (P＜0.05), and maintained a higher SOD level in the tissue vs I/R injury (P＜0.05).Conclusion IPR ha s protective effect on the liver function.
