Objective To observe the curative effect of primary hypertension by using enalapril and metoprolol separately and combinedly. Methods Randomly divided 122 patients of primary hypertension into 3 groups, A, B and C. A group was treatment group medically treated by combining enalapril and metoprolol. B and C group were comparing groups. B was treated by enalapril and C metoprolol. A six-week follow-up observation was performed. Results An obvious difference between the total effective rates of treatment group and comparing groups was obtained according to ^ analysis ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The treatment using enalapril and metoprolol combinedly and caused no serious adverse reaction and the medicine price of which is reasonable and acceptable for the patients has better effects compared with the treatments using enalapril and metoprolol separately, therefore worthy to be promoted and further investigated.%目的 观察依那普利、美托洛尔单用和联用治疗原发性高血压的疗效.方法 把确诊为原发性高血压的122例患者,随机分为A、B、C3组,A组为治疗组,给予依那普利、美托洛尔联用.B、C组为对照组,B组单用依那普利,C组单用美托洛尔,随访观察6周.结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 依那普利、美托洛尔联用治疗原发性高血压比分别单用依那普利、美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压疗效更好,无严重不良反应,药物价格合理,易为患者接受,值得推广,可进一步探讨.
