A series of linear and body methylphenyl silicone base polymer with different viscosities and phenyl contents, vinyl or hydrogen group were synthesized. After being used in combination, 3 kinds of LED packaging silicone gum with a refractive index of 1. 54 and transmittance (450 nm, 4 mm) >88% were obtained. Results showed that 3 packaging gums showed good performance and transmittance. After 150℃ thermal aging for 500 h, 1 000 h or 350 nm UV aging for 100 h, 300 h, the transmittance had little change within the range of 400~800 nm wavelength. The packaging gums showed excellent UV aging and thermal aging properties, and their performance was close to the similar foreign products.%合成了一系列黏度和苯基含量不同、含乙烯基或氢基的线型和体型甲基苯基有机硅基础聚合物,并将其组合使用,获得3种折射率1.54、透光率(450 nm,4 mm)大于88%的LED封装胶.对封装胶的操作性能、透光性、150℃热老化性、紫外光老化性能进行了测试.结果表明:3种封装胶的操作性能良好;且经150℃老化500 h、1000h或350 nm波长紫外光老化100 h、300 h后,其透光率在400 ~ 800 nm波长范围内变化不大,具有优异的耐紫外光、耐热老化性能,各项性能与国外同类产品接近.
