基于卡尔曼滤波器的无刷直流电动机仿真

         

摘要

对已有的无刷直流电动机数学模型进行详细的分析,并提出了一种基于卡尔曼滤波器的无刷直流电动机调速系统建模仿真方法.在Matlab/Simulink环境下,采用独立功能模块与S函数相结合的方法,依据现有电机控制系统构造了一种无刷直流电动机的调速系统仿真模型.仿真系统进行PI转速调节,电机反馈转速经卡尔曼滤波器滤波.仿真和试验结果与理论分析一致,证明所建立的无刷直流电动机状态方程正确,卡尔曼滤波器校正矩阵递推公式合理,为现实中的电机控制系统设计和调试提供了新方法.%Mathematical model of the Brushless DC motor was fristly analyzed. Furthermore, a new modeling and simulation method of the speed control system of BLDCM based on Kalman Filter was proposed. In Matlab/Simulink, the method of independent function models combining S-functions was adopted and simulation model of the speed control system was built on the basis of the electric machine control system. PI speed control was conducted with the simulation model and the electric machine speed feedback was filtered by Kalman Filter. The conformity simulation and experiment results and between theoretical analysis proves that the brushless DC motor state space formula is correct,that Kalman Filter correction matrix recursion formula is reasonable,and that the method provides new method for the electric machine control system design and adjustment.
