线性旋转变压器最大线性区间最优化问题的数值分析

         

摘要

The output voltage of a linear resolver is considered to be proportional to the rotor rotational angel ( in radians) in a certain range. In the case of primary and secondary side complete compensation for quadrature armature reaction,the linear resolver maximum linear range is extended to be -60 degrees to 60 degrees only when the turn ratio equals to 0. 54 in the circumstance that the linear error is controlled within 0. 1%. But it is not the case when checking the linear error formula with the optimum parameters. In this paper,the numerical analysis was applied to obtain the accurate solution with the help of the software Maple. The optimization is instructive for the linear resolver since the resolver is a highly accurate device in the servo system,and provides a feasible mathematical method for the solution of this kind optimal problem.%线性变压器的输出电压与转角在一定的范围内认为是线性的,一次二次完全补偿的理想情况下,通常认为误差±0.1%情况下,在变比Ku=0.54,有最大线性区间±60°.经验算传统的结论有一定的误差.利用数值分析的方法,借助数学软件Maple得出准确的解.因为线性变压器在伺服系统中是一个高精度的器件,寻找准确的最大线性区工作有实际的意义,且为此类问题提出了一种可行的数学处理方法.
