This paper explores the problems that exist in the teaching content ,teaching model and teaching method of basic computer course in Medical Colleges and Universities .Based on the reform experiences from other comprehensive univer-sities and medical colleges ,the author proposes a“Two Main Lines” course system of basic computer course in Medical Colleges and Universities and constructs a training system on the basis of “school-department integration and merged dici-pline” model that applies to the basic computer course in Medical Colleges and Universities .%深入探讨了医学类本科院校计算机基础课程教学中存在的问题，提出了医学类本科院校计算机基础课程体系，构建了基于“校院一体、学科融合”培养体系的医学类本科院校计算机基础课程教学平台。
