太阳电池阵寄生电容影响分析与对策

         

摘要

Some typical measure results of solar array parasitic capacitance are given. The influ- ence of high peak current on the power control unit's shunt circuit caused by solar array parasitic capacitance discharge, and the influence of response delay due to over-regulated caused by double sectioning of shunt circuit are analyzed, and two solving methods are provided for such effects. The simulation results show that the peak suppression circuit design can restrict the discharge current within the design bound of shunt switching transistor, and the phase anticipator circuit can avoid the over-regulated problem of the double sectioning resulted from the circuit delay and the charge delay of the parasitic capacitance.%给出了目前常用太阳电池阵寄生电容的典型值;分析了太阳电池阵寄生电容瞬间放电所产生较大峰值电流对电源控制器分流电路的过流影响,以及使分流调节电路出现两级同时调整的过调制状态所造成的响应滞后影响,并分别提出了峰值抑制电路和相位超前电路设计作为解决措施。仿真结果表明:峰值抑制电路设计能将寄生电容的放电电流抑制在分流管设计范围内,相位超前电路设计可有效解决电路延迟和寄生电容充电延迟造成的两级分流电路同时处于调整状态的过调制问题。
