基于Ogden修正模型对金属橡胶隔振系统的仿真及试验验证

         

摘要

A vibration isolation system with metal rubbers as its dampers is studied in this paper. The metal rubber is a kind of compressible super elastic materials and can not be accurately represented by the classic rubber constitutive model. To estimate the performances of the vibration isolation system, the Ogden constitutive model in the ADINA program is modified to simulate the properties of metal rubber. A nonlinear analysis program is used to calculate the harmonic frequency of the system and related tests are carried out. It is shown that the error of the calculated frequency is 2.1% and the error of the calculated acceleration is 18.2%. This method may provide some reference for the design of vibration isolation system with metal rubber dampers.%文章针对某型号隔振系统的金属橡胶阻尼器开展了仿真与试验验证研究.由于橡胶材料本构模型不能准确地描述金属橡胶的特性,无法直接利用其对该隔振系统的性能进行仿真预示,为此,只能通过对ADINA程序中的Ogden模型进行修正以模拟金属橡胶的特性,并利用这种强非线性仿真程序对该隔振系统的谐振频率进行仿真计算和测试.结果表明:仿真计算与试验测试所得的谐振频率的偏差为2.1%,谐振加速度的偏差为18.2%.这种计算方法对金属橡胶阻尼器的隔振系统的设计计算具有一定的参考价值.
