Many naphthopyrones from semen cassiae were studied.They have the pharmacological effects of liver protection,anti-mutation and lowering blood lipids.In this paper,it introduced the research progress on the extraction and separation of naphthopyrones in Cassia L..And summarized the quantitative&quantitative analysis methods and pharmacological effects ofnaphthopyrones.The results can provide references for the development of new anti liver toxicity and anti lipemic drugs.%决明子中含有大量的萘并-吡喃酮类物质,具有保肝、抗突变、降血脂等药理作用.本文综述了近几年来决明子药材中萘并-吡喃酮类活性成分提取与分离、定性定量分析、化学成分和药理作用.为开发新型抗肝毒性、降血脂等药物提供有益参考,有利于进一步的开发利用.
