We introduced and summarized research of chemical compounds and bioactivity of Datura stramonium .Method:consulted nearly ten years of relevant literatures .Datura stramonium contains alkaloids compounds ,volatile oils ,phenolic compounds ,etc;Pharmacological studies have shown that it has insecticidal ,rodents ,weeding and antibacterial actions ,etc .Datura stramonium has extensive pharmacological effects ,and it widely distributes in our country ,so the further development and utilization of Datura stramonium is of greatly significance .%本文对曼陀罗的化学成分及生物活性研究进展进行了系统地归纳和总结。查阅和研究近10年的有关文献，结果显示，曼陀罗中含有生物碱类、挥发油、酚类等化合物；药理研究证明，其具有杀虫、灭鼠、除草和抑菌等作用。曼陀罗具有广泛的药理作用，在我国该植物资源丰富。本研究对曼陀罗的进一步开发和利用具有重要意义。
