采用水煎法从黄芩中提取有效成分，经浓缩后配制成不同浓度。采用鲜蛋清致大鼠足肿胀试验、醋酸腹腔注射致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性升高试验、二甲苯诱导小鼠耳廓肿胀试验，观察黄芩提取物的抗炎作用，地塞米松为阳性对照组、生理盐水为空白对照组。结果，黄芩高、低剂量组对鲜蛋清致大鼠足肿胀、醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高、二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用，且剂量越高抑制作用越明显。% Effective components were extracted from Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi using frying water method ,then the extract was concentrated to different concentrations .Operation of liquids Adopt harpoons food glue rats induced by foot swelling experiment ,acetic acid intraperitoneal in-jection superthreshold increase of blood capillary permeability of the abdomin induced by xylene .The experimental results showed that auricle tumefaction mice anti-inflammatory effect of extracts .Through the control group ,that dexamethasone saline solution was positive results ,radix scutellariae high ,low dose group of diagonal fork dish glue rats induced by acetic acid in mice foot swell ,caused by the increase of blood capil-lary permeability of the abdominal induced by dimethylbenzene in mice ,hind paw edema has apparent inhibition ,and the higher doses of the more obvious inhibition .
