2014~2015年度我国各地区居民质量满意度调查状况分析

         

摘要

本文通过对全国31个省15,500个居民进行问卷调查,得到我国居民对产品、工程、服务和环境质量的满意度状况,并对我国七大地理分区的质量满意度进行内外部对比,得到各地区质量满意度状况.结果显示,工程质量满意度最高,环境质量满意度最低,总体上我国居民满意度有较大的提高空间;全国七大地区居民质量满意度呈现三级阶梯分布.%To investigate the residents' quality satisfaction in China, this paper, through a field survey of 15,500 residents across China, measure the residents' quality satisfaction in terms of product quality, service quality, construction quality and environment quality. In addition, it makes a comparison on the satisfaction in seven major geographical divisions in China in search of the satisfaction level among those divisions. Results indicate that residents have positive attitudes toward quality in general. Among the four subcategories, construction quality has the highest satisfaction level, followed by service quality, product quality; residents are unsatisfied with the quality of environment. The satisfaction level varies with geographic and socioeconomic difference.
