标准化人员专业能力评价体系研究

         

摘要

高素质的标准化人才队伍是标准化事业发展的基础.《标准化事业发展"十二五"规划》明确提出"建立健全标准化人才评价选用机制".本文依据McClelland能力评价理论,在梳理国内外标准化人员评价实践的基础上,提出标准化人员专业能力评价体系设想,并就实现标准化人力资源建设良性循环提出建议.%High-quality standardization talent team underlies the development of standardization, and "The Twelfth Five-Year Plan"of Standardization Development puts forward clearly to "establish a sound evaluation and selection mechanism of standardization talents". Based on the competence evaluation theory of McClelland and the practices of the evaluation of standardization professionals at home and abroad, this article proposes some primary ideas for the evaluation system of standardization professional competence, and gives suggestions to realize the virtuous circle for the construction of standardization human resources.
