This paper analyses the achievements of academic research on public sign translation, the role of traditional media as bilingual dictionaries and translator’s manuals and new media like the translation corpus and internet, and the application of “the National Standard for the Use of Foreign Languages in Public Service Area” in the last decade, and dissects their advantages and existing problems in the standardization work of C-E translation of signs. It proposes to develop an integrated approach combined with traditional and new media to make sure the effective implementation of national standards on C-E translation of signs and achieve the standardized translation.%本文分析了过去10年间公示语翻译研究，词典、翻译手册编撰，语料库建设，以及《公共服务领域英文译写规范》实施以来在公示语翻译规范化建设方面取得的成就、各自的优势、存在的问题；提出整合公示语翻译学术研究，词典、翻译手册等传统媒体，翻译语料库等新媒体，形成优势互补，是确保公示语外译国家标准有效实施、公示语翻译日益规范化的重要方略。
