文章是在国家大力扶持科技型中小企业、中小企业技术创新活动广泛开展的背景下，在对中小企业进行长期调研工作基础上，根据多年为中小企业进行科技信息资源服务的经验，针对中小企业在技术创新活动中的普遍问题、难题和不足，提出了以科技信息资源数据库为核心，多渠道、多功能的科技信息服务平台建设方案。%Countering the general problems and shortcomings in the technology innovation activities of small and medium-sized en-terprises, this paper proposes a construction scheme of science and technology information resource service platform, which has multi-channel and-function, and which has science and technology information resource database as the core, according to the ex-perience of science and technology information service for many years, based on the investigation and research work, under the background of the country to support the technology innovation activities of small and medium-sized enterprises.
