ObjectiveThe aim of the present study is to investigate the clinical utility of sodium hyaluronate in prevention of postoperative adhesions of thyroid.MethodsDecide the thyroid surgery of 2365 cases from 2006-2014 in our hospital. 96 cases were not medical sodium hyaluronate medication,as control group. 90 cases of medical sodium hyaluronatedrug treatment(wound smearing)as the observation group.Patients were followed up for 4 months,compared the proportion of adhesion morbidity of two groups patient.ResultsIn observation group the postoperative adhesion symptoms occurred in 17 cases,accounting for 18.9% of all patients. in control group the adhesion symptoms occurred in 40 cases,accounted for 41.7% of all patients.Compared with the control group,sodium hyaluronate treatment significantly reduced the incidence of thyroid postoperative adhesions(P<0.01).ConclusionOur study preliminary explored the preventive effect of sodium hyaluronate in reduce the incidence of postoperative adhesion of thyroid operation.%目的：探讨医用透明质酸钠预防甲状腺术后粘连的临床效果。方法2006年1月—2014年1月186例甲状腺手术患者，96例未进行医用透明质酸钠用药作为对照组，90例进行医用透明质酸钠用药处理（创面涂抹）作为观察组。术后随访4个月，对2组患者的术后粘连情况进行比较。结果术后4个月内2组患者均未发生切口感染和过敏反应。其中，观察组中发生术后粘连17例，占18.9%；对照组中发生术后粘连40例，占41.7%，2组比较有显著差异（P<0.01）。结论甲状腺术后粘连发病率较高，透明质酸钠能有效降低其发生率，值得临床推广。
