ObjectiveTo investigate whether Quality Control Circle(QCC)could decrease the incidence of adverse events caused by application of endoscopic equipment in surgeries.MethodsTo select the factors of reducing incidence of adverse events caused by application of endoscopic equipment in surgeries and then investigate,collect and analyze those factors,develop solutions and implement them eventually.ResultsIncidence of adverse events decreases to 13% after applying QCC,in contrast to that is 42% prior to applying QCC.ConclusionImplementation of QCC could reduce the incidence of adverse events caused by application of endoscopic equipment in surgeries,optimize the management of endoscopic equipment and should merit promotion.%目的：探讨品管圈活动优化腔镜器械管理流程，降低对手术影响的应用效果。方法成立品管圈，选定降低腔镜器械对手术的影响率为活动主题。对腔镜器械影响手术的现状进行调查，分析原因，制定对策并实施。结果腔镜器械对手术的影响率由42%下降至13%。结论品管圈活动优化腔镜器械管理流程效果明显，显著降低了对手术的影响，值得推广。
