ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical application of high quality nursing in the outpatient eye care.Methods100 cases of patients were random divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group was treated with high quality nursing,the control group was carried out in accordance with the general eye care routine nursing,the quality of life and satisfaction was evaluate by questionnaires comparative analysis.Resultspatients' life quality was improved after the high quality nursing,the emotion of patients keeps stable,patients can cooperate with treatment actively,the satisfaction rate of patients was 100% while the control group was 88%(P<0.01).Conclusion High quality nursing applied in the clinic of ophthalmology,improves patient quality of life and improves the satisfaction rate of medical behavior,it's worth popularization in clinical.%目的：探讨优质护理模式在门诊眼科护理中的应用效果及意义。方法将在我院门诊眼科接受治疗的100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组在常规治疗过程中进行优质护理干预，对照组实施一般眼科常规护理，采用问卷形式对2组患者的生活质量及满意度进行比较分析。结果观察组患者生活质量提升明显，心理状态稳定，能积极配合治疗，患者满意率为100%；对照组患者满意率为88%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论优质护理在门诊眼科中的应用，有助于提升患者生活质量，保持心理状态稳定，提高对医疗行为的满意度，值得推广。
