1000 MW二次再热机组启动技术关键点分析与控制

         

摘要

与一次再热机组相比,二次再热机组启动参数高、系统复杂,这对启动过程提出更高要求.以华能莱芜电厂1000 MW机组为研究对象,通过分析启动过程的关键步骤以及启动前的检查内容,对启动过程中的关键点进行分析并提出相应的控制策略.结果表明,排汽温度、轴封系统及润滑油系统是影响启动的关键因素.均匀控制启动阶段各部件的温升,满足X准则和应力不超限是启动过程的关键点之一;润滑油系统科学合理的冲洗和节流阀的正确调节直接影响着启动过程的成败;引入对轴封系统控制逻辑要点的讨论,确保轴封系统安全稳定工作.此方案可为同类型二次再热机组的启动过程提供参考.%Compared with the conventional single-reheat units, the double-reheat units has disadvantages of high starting parameters and complicate systems, which propose higher demands for the start-up process. Thus, by taking the 1000 MW double-reheat unit in Huaneng Laiwu Power Plant as the research object, the key steps of the start-up process and the pre-start check contents were investigated to put forward the corresponding control strategies. The result shows that, the cylinder exhausting temperature, the gland seal system and the lubricating oil system are the key factors affecting the start-up process. Uniformly controlling the temperature rise of each component during the start-up process to meet the X criterion and stress limit is one of the key points. Reasonable flushing of the lubricating oil system and correct adjustment of throttle valves directly affect the success of start-up process. The discussions for the key points of the gland seal control system ensure the safety and stability of the gland seal system. The above scheme can provide reference for start-up process of the same type double-reheat units.
