结合主成分分析法评价汽轮机振动状态

         

摘要

The vibration characteristic indicators reflecting operation status of steam turbines can be applied to monitor and evaluate the current vibration state of the steam turbine.Generally,more than one charac-teristic indicator are needed to completely reflect the vibration status of steam turbine from different as-pects.However,it is difficult to evaluate the steam turbine's vibration status directly by multiple indica-tors.To solve this problem,a comprehensive evaluation function was established,on the basis of principal component analysis.The turbine's vibration state was evaluated by comprehensive scores,and the results were verified by experimental data from rotor test rig.The results show this method can evaluate the steam turbines'vibration state quantitatively on the premise of a smaller amount of information loss.%通过反映汽轮机运行状态的振动特性指标可对当前汽轮机振动状态进行监测和评价。一般需要多个指标才能从不同角度比较完整地反映汽轮机的运行状态,但直接通过多个指标直观地评价汽轮机的运行状态比较困难。对此,基于主成分分析法构造综合评价函数,通过综合得分对汽轮机的运行状态进行评价,并利用转子实验台实验数据进行验证。结果表明,该方法在信息量损失较小的前提下,可以定量评价汽轮机的振动状态。
