带死区的无模型自适应控制

         

摘要

针对被控对象的大惯性、大迟延、非线性等特性,基于PID控制抗干扰性强和无模型自适应控制(MFAC)对惯性和延迟系统具有较强适应能力的特点,设计了一种带死区的 MFAC-PID串级控制系统。以米东热电厂选择性非催化还原(SNCR)烟气脱硝系统为对象,建立了系统仿真模型,采用MATLAB软件将MFAC-PID与PID控制进行仿真比较。结果表明:在阶跃扰动和模型失配情况下,带死区的MFAC-PID串级控制系统较常规PID串级控制系统,超调更小,调节时间更短;在机组负荷扰动下,带死区的 MFAC-PID 串级控制系统波动很小。因此,带死区的MFAC-PID串级控制系统能够更好地适应对象参数的变化,具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应性。%According to such characteristics of the controlled obj ect as large inertia,large delay and nonlin-earity,a model free adaptive control and PED (MFAC-PID)cascade control system with dead zone was de-signed,on the basis of anti interference of PID control and strong adaptability of model free adaptive con-trol (MFAC)to inertia and delay system.Moreover,taking the selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) flue gas denitration system in Midong Thermal Power Plant as the obj ect,the system simulation model was established,and the MATLAB software was applied to compare the two control methods.The results show that,under conditions with step disturbance and model mismatch,the MFAC-PID cascade control system with dead zone has smaller overshoot and shorter settling time than the conventional PID cascade control system.Under unit load disturbance condition,the MFAC-PID cascade control system with dead zone has very small fluctuation.Therefore,the MFAC-PID cascade control system with dead zone can better adapt to the changes of obj ect parameters,and has strong robustness and adaptability.
