大型机组汽轮机调节方式对热力性能的影响分析

         

摘要

为实现火电机组节能减排的目标,需要在不同机组运行工况下降低汽轮机发电热耗率.通常认为汽轮机喷嘴调节方式有利于机组低负荷运行,因此大部分机组汽轮机均采用喷嘴调节方式.对此,以2台超(超)临界600 MW机组为例,根据蒸汽在汽轮机内的过程损失特点,结合试验数据对汽轮机在滑压运行方式下采用不同调节方式的节能效果进行对比分析.结果表明:对于600 MW及以上的大型机组汽轮机采用滑压运行方式时,在不同负荷下汽轮机采用节流调节方式较喷嘴调节方式高压缸效率提高4.36%~5.50%,热耗率降低130~160 kJ/(kW•h),在低负荷下高压缸效率增加更明显,热耗率降低幅度更大;喷嘴调节仅适用于定压运行方式或小型汽轮机.%In order to realize energy conservation and emissions reduction,the generating heat consumption rate of the steam turbine under various load conditions need to be reduced.It is generally thought that the nozzle adj ustment is helpful to the unit low load operation,thus a large amount of units apply the nozzle ad-justment mode.In this paper,by taking two (ultra)super critical 600MW units as the example and combing with the test data,the energy saving effects of the unit employing different adj ustment methods during slide pressure operation were compared,according to the steam loss characteristics.The results show that, for large scale units in slide pressure operation under various load conditions,the HP cylinder efficiency with throttling nozzle regulation was about 4.36% to 5.50% higher than that with nozzle regulation,and the heat loss rate was about 130 kJ/(kW•h)to 160 kJ/(kW•h)lower.At low load conditions,the HP cylinder efficiency increased more obviously and the heat loss reduced more dramatically.The nozzle adj ust-ment is only suitable to constant pressure operation or small steam turbine operation.
