精细运动能力是指个体主要凭借手和手指等部位的小肌肉或小肌肉群的运动，在感知觉、注意等多方面心理活动的配合下完成特定任务的能力。总结了精细运动能力的评价方法，并对天津市某幼儿园40名5岁肥胖幼儿和40名5岁正常体重幼儿进行了落尺试验、穿珠子及夹豆子等3项精细运动能力的测试，试验结果显示肥胖幼儿3项精细运动能力测试的成绩均低于正常幼儿的成绩(p＜0.05)。表明肥胖幼儿的精细运动能力要低于同龄的正常体重幼儿。%Fine motor skill is the coordination of small muscle movements,usually involving the synchronization of hands and fingers with various mental activities,such as sensory perception and attention.This paper summarizes methods of evaluating fine motor skills.In the study,80 participants(5 years old)in a kindergarten in Tianjin were evenly classified as being normal-weighted and obese.Scores of fall scale experiment,threading beads and picking beans(p<0.05)were sig-nificantly better in normal-weighted children comparing with their obese counterparts.It demonstrates that general motor skill level is lower in obese children than that in normal-weighted peers.
