梳理了国外文献关于企业多元化战略与绩效的关系,发现由于样本时代、行业特征的不同以及样本所处的制度环境不同,导致了多元化与绩效的关系呈现出3种不同的关系,分别为正相关、负相关和无显著相关性。提出了该主题未来可能的研究方向,以期为相关研究者提供系统的参考。%This thesis summarizes the relationship between diversification and performance of enterprises from abroad researches.The review finds that because of the differences of time,industry and environment,there are three kinds of relationship between diversification and performance,such as positive,negative and unrelated.Besides these,the paper proposes the future direction on this topic as a reference.
