大子午扩张涡轮的S1优化设计初步研究

         

摘要

大子午扩张涡轮具有外壁侧易分离的特点,通过对优化根部、中部和顶部S1型线所得改型和原型共4个方案的数值模拟与对比分析,研究了大子午扩张涡轮的S1型线优化设计特点.结果表明:此类涡轮流动控制的重点在顶部栅前来流条件和出口根部附面层分离径向迁移,采用根部优化能够很好地控制两个因素,采用中部优化只能从顶部来流条件进行控制,顶部优化效果不明显.%The large meridional expansion turbine has the charateristics of easy separation in the upper end wall. The numerical simulation and the comparative analysis on the original and optimized blade were carried out to study the design ' features about the middle blade profile of such type turbine,and there are four schemes which are the ones by optimized the Sl profile on hub、middle and shroud of blade. The result showed that; the key factors of control the flow loss of such turbine are the upper income flow condition and the radial migration of boundary layer separation on outlet of hub, optimizated the hub Sl profile can be good to control two factors, and optimizated the middle Sl profile can only be good to control the upper income flow condition, but the effect is a little with optimizated the shroud Sl profile.
