随着我国步入老龄化社会,养老的需求与供给之间存在突出矛盾,针对这一问题,将PPP模式引入到养老住宅项目中,能够解决之一矛盾,为了促进养老住宅PPP项目的顺利实施,本文从项目定价和权期确定这两个方面分析了如何设定激励机制,更好的推进我国养老地产PPP项目的顺利发展.%With the entering of an aging society in China, there are prominent contradictions between the demand and supply of old-age pensions. To solve this problem, the PPP model is introduced into pension-related residential projects. In order to promote the successful implementation of PPP project, this article analyzes the ways to set incentives mechanism from two aspects of the project pricing and concession period determination, to better promote the smooth development of China's pension real estate PPP projects.
