针对高校基层团组织活力的必要性,构建了基层团组织活力评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法设计指标权重,运用模糊综合评价法构建基层团组织评价模型.并结合某高校基层团组织的实际情况进行研究,验证该模型的合理性和可行性,为提升基层团组织活力提供科学依据.%As to the necessity of quality assessment of grassroots organizations' vitality in colleges and universities, AHP is applied to establish evaluation indicator and index weight and the appraisal model of grassroots organizations' vitality is constructed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Combined with the actual situation of a university, the rationality and feasibility of the model are studied and verifled, providing scientific basis for further in-depth study.
