中国梦引领强军梦,强军梦支撑中国梦,要实现中华民族的伟大复兴需要一支能够"走出去"的强大人民军队,这在客观上要求新时代中国军人必须尽快树立起中国军队"走出去"的战略意识.针对当前中国军人"走出去"战略意识薄弱的现状,本文提出应从顶层设计入手,在以军队院校教育为主的基础上依托军民融合等手段综合提升新时代中国军人"走出去"的战略意识.%Chinese Dream leads the dream of strengthening the army, and the dream of strengthening the army supports Chinese Dream. In order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, it requires a powerful people's army that can "going global". This objectively requires Chinese soldiers in the new era to set up the strategic consciousness of"going global"as soon as possible, aiming at the current situation of weak strategic awareness of "going global" for Chinese soldiers, this paper puts forward that we should start with the top-level design and rely on the integration of military andcivilians to enhance the strategic awareness of"going global"for Chinese soldiers in a new era based on the education of military academies and schools.
