基于胜任力模型的青年导师与研究生协同成长培养机制

         

摘要

针对青年导师指导能力不足,研究生创新动力匮乏,师生双方缺乏认同感,本文提出一种基于胜任力的青年导师与研究生协同成长的培养机制.首先,构建了青年导师胜任力模型和研究生创新胜任力模型;然后,抽取出两类模型的核心胜任力要素并挖掘二者的关联规则;最后,给出基于胜任力模型的青年导师与研究生协同成长策略.实践证明,基于协同成长培养机制,研究生的理论和应用水平得到提高,青年导师的学术水平和团队领导能力得到显著提升.%Due to young tutors' lack of guidance ability,graduate students' lack of innovation power,as well as lack of mutual recognition between tutors and students,a synergistic growth mechanism for young tutors and graduate students based on competency model is proposed.Firstly,two competency models for young tutors and graduate students are constructed.Secondly,the core competence elements of the two models are extracted and the association rules for two models are mined.Finally,the synergistic growth strategies for the young tutors and graduate students based on the competency model are proposed.The results showed that,using the proposed method,the graduate students' theoretical level and application ability had been enhanced,and the young tutors' academic level and team leadership had been significantly improved too.
