以'应用能力'为核心的特色应用型本科院校实践教学体系研究

         

摘要

With the transformation of applied undergraduate education, cultivating students' ability to apply has become the consensus of colleges and universities, and it is also the core task of college education. However, through the teaching practice, it is found that the applied talents have been the short-board of all applied universities, which reflects the deficiencies in the personnel training system of colleges and universities, and urgently need the relevant measures and measures to improve, especially in practice teaching. In this regard, the author uses questionnaire method and inductive method, takes five universities such as Heilongjiang Institute of Science as the research objects, and by the way of questionnaire survey investigates 372 students' course satisfaction, teachers' practical ability evaluation etc.. According to the survey results, there are some outstanding problems in practice teaching management and practice base construction. In view of the above problems, the author begins with the construction of the teaching staff and the practice platform, and constructs a practical teaching system based on applied ability.%随着应用型本科教育转型,培养学生应用能力成为高校的共识,也是目前高校培养的核心任务.但通过教学实践发现,应用型人才一直是各个应用本科院校的短板,进而反映出高校在人才培养体系方面的不足,迫切需要相关的措施和对策进行改善,特别是在实践教学方面.对此,笔者采用问卷调查和归纳总结等研究方法,以黑龙江科技大学等5所本科院校作为研究对象,以问卷调查的方式对372名学生就课程满意度、教师实践能力评价等进行调查.通过调查结果显示,上述几所学校在实践教学管理、实践基地建设等方面存在比较突出的问题.鉴于上述的问题,笔者从师资队伍、实践平台搭建等方面入手,构建基于"应用能力"的特色应用型本科实践教学体系.
