近年来,为适应经济发展需要,各级政府广泛采取BT等投融资方式建设基础设施工程,解决工程建设过程中资金不足的问题.本文针对BT项目的特点,基于目前行业现状,从公司风险与风险管理的角度,理清BT模式下投资建设方可能存在的各种内外在风险,并进一步通过分析,提出风险防范的相应措施.%In recent years, in order to meet the needs of economic development, governments at all levels have adopted BT and other investment and financing methods to build infrastructure projects to solve the problem of insufficient funds in the process of construction. Based on the characteristics of BT project, this paper analyzes the internal and external risks that may exist in the BT construction mode from the perspective of corporate risk and risk management, and further puts forward the corresponding measures of risk prevention by analyzing and analyzing the characteristics of BT projects.
