In order to objectively evaluate the organization and management ability of project manager in project management office pattern, this paper uses factor analysis method, based on the identification of basic skills evaluation index of PMO manager, to shrink basic skill index into four sorts and establish a kind of basic skill index system. With further calculating the influence coefficient, result shows that system thinking, coping capacity, expression ability, judgment planning, communication skill and professional knowledge have great influence on the basic skills of PMO manager. This study could supply construction enterprise with theoretical direction to make career planning better.%为了对项目管理办公室模式中项目经理组织管理能力进行客观评价.本文在识别PMO经理组织管理能力评价指标的基础上,采用因子分析法,将组织管理能力指标归纳为5个类别,构建了组织管理能力指标体系;进一步计算各指标的影响系数、影响系数百分比及累计百分比.结果表明结果显示,系统思维、应变能力、语言表达能力、判断规划、沟通技巧以及项目管理专业知识对PMO经理的组织管理能力影响较大.研究成果为PMO经理职业生涯规划的设计提供更多可靠和有力的依据.
