This paper analyzes the characteristics of cultivating applied talents in local colleges and universities and training path, and combined with the teaching practice of Huanghuai University, puts forward training target, training mode, curriculum system, teaching methods and innovation and entrepreneurship education reform measures in the civil engineering specialty, which has certain guiding significance on training applied talents for other similar institutions.%分析地方本科高校应用型人才培养特点和培养路径,结合黄淮学院教育教学实践,提出了土木工程专业应用型人才培养目标、培养模式、课程体系、教学方法和创新创业教育的改革措施,对其他同类院校应用型人才培养具有一定的指导意义.
