随着电子商务的快速发展,快递行业异军突起,其产生的包装废弃物给社会环境也带来了严重的影响.大学生作为网络消费的重要群体,其网购带来的快递业务量巨大,因此,解决高校快递包装废弃物的回收与利用问题也是实现快递行业绿色、可持续发展的一个关键.本文着眼于快递包装材料的循环利用,以福州大学旗山校区为例,运用网络问卷、实地调研、现场访谈、等多种手段对快递包装材料回收处理现状展开调研,从大学生、快递公司、各级代理点、网店店主、学校回收站、快递包装生产制造商等环节回溯快递包装材料的处理现状.调研结果表明:大学生网购市场活跃,对快递包装废弃物产生的负面影响认识较深;在校内建立大学生自主运转的非营利性废弃物回收站具有可行性.%With the rapid development of ecommerce, the express industry has suddenly risen. Packing waste has serious impact on the social environment. As an important group of online shopping, the volume of express business brought by the college students' network consumption has increased a lot. So, to solve the recycling and utilization of express packaging waste in colleges is the key to realize the green and sustainable development of express industry. Qishan campus of Fuzhou University as an example, uses the network questionnaire, on-the-spot investigation, interviews and other means to investigate the current situation of packaging material recycling. From college students, courier companies, all levels of agents, online shop owners, school recycling stations, courier packaging manufacturers and other aspects, the status quo of packaging materials is recalled. Express retrospective survey results show that: college students' online shopping market is active and their have deep understanding on the negative impact of the courier packaging waste, it is feasible to establish the non-profit waste recycling station in the campus.
