The main color of the stadium is an important feature of semantic analysis of sports video. This paper proposes a main color extraction algorithm based on spatiotemporal slices. The algorithm firstly extracts the video spatiotemporal slices, then divides the spatiotemporal slices into fixed lengths, and finally, it uses the HSI color histogram mean to obtain the main color of the stadium.
