'四岗递进'化工总控能力培养模式创新与实践

         

摘要

化工总控能力为应用化工技术专业的核心能力,针对传统的岗位职业能力培养与企业岗位能力需求脱节、培养方式单一等问题,本研究以化工总控岗位职业能力培养为核心,重构了"五层递进式"的能力培养体系,创新出"识岗-拟岗-懂岗-融岗"——"四岗递进"的化工总控能力培养模式,实现了"能力本位"的培养方式转变,破解了依托单一学科培养体系为专业核心能力培养模式的难题,提升了专业服务产业发展的能力.%The chemical general control ability is the core ability of applied chemical technology specialty. In view of the problems of traditional job competence training and enterprise job capacity demand disconnect and the single training mode, this research focuses on the cultivation of chemical general control ability, reconstructs the"five-level progressive"ability training system, proposes the chemical control ability training model: "understanding post - simulating post - knowing post - integrating post" , to achieve the change of "ability-based"training mode, crack the difficulty of single discipline training system and enhance the professional services industry development capacity.
