基于Adams运动仿真的新型清洁车三维设计与分析

         

摘要

According to the design requirements of clean car for the 3D modeling, the parts and fitting are finished by using Autodesk Inventor Professional software. The 3D model is imported into Adams software by using the interface of Adams and 3D software, and the movement analysis of key components is carried out. The correctness of the design is verified. The cleaning vehicle uses gears to fulfill the functional requirements of the drive mechanism. In order to improve the efficiency of the cleaning, the water tank sprinkler mechanism and brush cleaning mechanism are designed. 3D modeling and simulation software is used to complete the whole design, which saves design time and funds.%运用Autodesk Inventor Professional软件,根据所需清洁车的设计要求进行三维建模,在软件中完成了零件的设计与整车装配.利用Adams软件与三维软件直接的接口将三维模型导入到Adams软件中进行关键部件的运动分析,验证了设计方案的正确性.清洁车利用齿轮完成传动机构功能需求.为了提高工作的效率,清洁车设计了水箱洒水机构和扫刷机构部分.使用软件进行三维建模与仿真分析软件完成整体设计,节省设计工作时间,节约设计经费.
