高职院校校内生产性实训基地中多方博弈与对策分析

         

摘要

It is the key measure to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges by combining school and enterprise with productive training bases. Schools, enterprises, teachers and students are different stakeholders in the process of construction and operation of school productive training bases, there is a benefit game between school and enterprise in the teachers construction and personnel training, as well as the dual identities of teachers and students in training bases, the negative effect of benefit game seriously influences the construction and operation of training base. The multi-stakeholders game model is constructed, the benefit game process of stakeholders in decision making and management is analyzed in detail. A case of CQC-Trusted Testing Laboratory attached to Nanjing College of Information Technology is studied, effective countermeasures are put forward from the angle of innovation investment mechanism and production management, the balance of stakeholder interests and rational allocation of resources are realized, it provides a new paradigm for higher vocational colleges to build high level productive training bases.%校企共建校内生产性实训基地是提高高职院校人才培养质量的关键举措,学校、企业、教师和学生是校内生产性实训基地建设和运行过程中不同的利益主体,校企在师资队伍建设和人才培养方面,以及实训基地中师生双重身份之间存在利益博弈,利益博弈的负面效应严重影响实训基地的建设和运行.构建了上述多方主体的利益博弈模型,详细分析了多方主体在决策投入、运行管理等方面的利益博弈过程.以南京信息职业技术学院中认南信实验室为实证案例,从创新投入机制和产学协同治理等角度提出有效对策,实现了多方主体利益均衡和资源合理配置,为高职院校建设高水平校内生产性实训基地提供了新范式.
