In the process of continuous development of transportation in China,more railway tunnels have been built in this process.In the tunnel construction,a good job of safety management is a very important work content,and it needs scientific early warning technology to ensure the construction safety.In this paper,according to the construction of railway tunnels,this paper discusses the existing problems in the safety management of railway construction in China and the causes,and then analyzes the safety risk assessment process,risk early warning mechanism and accident prevention measures of railway tunnel construction from the point of risk control,to play a guiding role for the construction design of tunnel with complex geology and high-risk.%在我国交通事业不断发展的过程中,较多的铁路隧道工程在此过程当中得到了建设.在隧道工程施工中,做好安全管理是非常重要的一项工作内容,需要以科学预警技术的应用保障施工安全.本文针对铁路隧道的施工,探讨现阶段我国铁路施工安全管理中存在的问题及其成因,进而从风控角度,重点解析铁路隧道施工安全风险评估流程、风险预警机制和事故防范措施,以期对复杂地质和高风险隧道的施工设计起到指导作用.
