In this paper,in view of the problems in the tourism vocational college internship quality control index system such as single main body, implication of connotation, too simple indicator system, out-of-touch between monitoring and evaluation result feedback and the improvement of practice teaching quality, this paper analyzes the basic principles of the construction of the quality monitoring index system of internship and discusses the establishment of the quality monitoring and feedback system based on the internship quality as the key indicator and the whole process management of internship in order to improve the practical teaching management level.%本文针对目前旅游类职业院校顶岗实习质量监控指标体系中存在的主体单一,内涵不明确,指标体系过于简单、程序化以及监控、评价结果反馈与实践教学质量改进计划相脱节等问题,分析了顶岗实习质量监控指标体系构建的基本原则,并探讨建立以实习质量为关键指标,基于顶岗实习全过程管理的质量监控与反馈体系,以期提高实践教学管理水平的目的.
