基于组织承诺的员工离职原因及对策分析

         

摘要

The existing research shows that there is a significant negative correlation relationship between the organizational commitment and labor turnover, the organizational commitment can well predict turnover intention. Based on the theory of organizational commitment, this paper takes the staff of SL Group as the research object to analyze the present turnover situation in SL Group, study the problem of the low organizational commitment and high turnover rate and its causes. Finally, in order to solve the low organizational commitment and high turnover rate, the targeted countermeasures are put forward.%已有研究表明,组织承诺与员工离职存在了显著的负相关关系,组织承诺可以很好的预测离职倾向。本文基于组织承诺理论的指导下,以SL集团全体员工为研究对象,分析SL集团员工离职的现状,研究出员工组织承诺低,离职率高的问题及原因。最后,为解决员工组织承诺低,离职率高提出具有针对性的对策。
