随着工程项目建设的复杂化和体系化，工程项目建设中的风险管理问题逐渐受到人们的关注和重视，但是我国目前现有的建设工程风险管理模式有着许多的隐患和问题存在，如何在风险管理的框架下建立一种立足于我国工程项目建设现状，又能与国际成熟先进管理模式接轨，并且实操性较高的建设工程管理模式是本文探析研究的重要问题。%With the construction of complicated and systematic project, the problems of risk management in project construction gradually get more and more people's concern and attention. But there are still many hidden dangers and problems in the current risk management model of the construction project in China. This paper mainly analyzes and researches how to build construction project management mode with high practical operability which is based on the current situation of engineering project construction in China and can integrate with the international advanced management mode.
