幼儿园教师职业压力与职业倦怠的关系研究

         

摘要

Objective: To study the occupational stress and burnout of kindergarten teachers, and reveal the relationship between the teachers' occupational stress and burnout. Methods: Use the teacher burnout inventory (MBI-ES), kindergarten teacher occupational stress questionnaire to measure 112 kindergarten teachers and collect the relevant data. Results:①Kindergarten teachers' occupational stress and burnout are in moderate level;②There is a positive correlation between kindergarten teachers' occupational stress and burnout. Conclusion:The occupational stress is closely related to the burnout of kindergarten teachers.%目的:对幼儿园教师职业压力、职业倦怠进行研究,揭示幼儿园教师职业压力与职业倦怠二者之间的关系。方法:采用教师职业倦怠量表(MBI-ES)、幼儿园教师职业压力问卷对112名幼儿园教师进行测量,收集相关数据。结果:①幼儿园教师的职业压力和职业倦怠都处于中度水平;②幼儿园教师职业压力与职业倦怠之间存在正相关。结论:幼儿园教师职业压力与职业倦怠之间关系密切。
