In recent years, with the economic growth, the automobile industry has been developing rapidly. Correspondingly, the demand for talents in the automobile industry is expanding constantly. The automobile industry has also been a great start, and soon became a pillar industry in China. We all know that although the automotive industry continues to develop, the cultivation of automotive talent has been in the growing period, which not only make the number of car consumption in China lagged behind developed countries, but also leads to disadvantage in the quality. At present, the improvement of teaching quality and student employment guidance is main problem. Therefore, in the new situation, it is not only necessary to nurture the automotive professionals, but also necessary to carry out effective automotive professional teaching reform in vocational colleges. Aiming at the present situation and problems of automobile specialty in higher vocational colleges, a series of teaching reform ideas are put forward.%近年来，汽车工业伴随着经济的增长得到飞速发展，相对应的汽车行业的人才需求不断扩大。汽车产业也得到了很大的开展，并很快成为我国的一个支柱产业。我们都知道，固然汽车产业不断发展，但汽车人才的培育工作却一直处于生长期，这不止让我国消费的汽车在数量上滞后于发达国度，而且在质量上也处于下风。当前来说，教学质量的提高和学生就业问题指导，是我们应当关注的主要问题。所以，在新形势下不止要培育汽车专业人才，而且还要有效实行高职院校汽车专业的教学变革。针对高职院校汽车专业面临的现状和存在的各种问题，在此提出了一系列教学变革的思路。
