本文以风险为中介,探讨承包商信任程度和质量控制对质量保证金的柔性调节作用影响,构建了"信任、控制——风险——质量保证金柔性调节"模型.基于SPSS软件和AMOS软件进行数据分析,对信任与控制对质量保证金柔性调节作用进行了验证.有助于在业主控制质量风险的前提下减轻承包商资金压力,对承包商提升质量控制水平起到激励作用.%Based on risk for mediation, this paper discusses the flexible adjustment effect of contractor trust and quality control on quality margin, builds the the model of "trust and control—risk—quality margin flexible adjustment". Based on SPSS software and AMOS software for data analysis, the flexible adjustment effect of contractor trust and quality control on quality margin is verified. It not only helps to relieve the contractor's funding pressure under the premise of control the quality risk for owner, but also helps contractor to enhance the level of quality control in the incentive effect.
