学分制下高校学风建设面临的挑战及对策研究

         

摘要

学分制的实施是高校教学改革中的一项重大举措,自推行以来,备受外界争议.学分制的引进带来了学习弹性,因材施教等先进教学理念,便于学生个性化发展,同时面临我国普通高校师资紧缺,部门间独立运作,班级组织管理弱化,学生学习过程随意盲目等挑战,通过采取学年制和学分制并行,发挥一线教师的优良教风,规范导师制,整合各部门资源,激发学生学习主体性五个方面来推进学分制下的学风建设.%The implementation of the credit system is an important measure in the teaching reform of higher education. It has been controversial since its implementation. The introduction of the credit system has brought the learning flexibility, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and other advanced teaching ideas facilitates the development of students' personalities. At the same time facing the shortage of teachers in colleges and universities, the independent operation of the department, the weakening of class organization and management, students learning process, such as random blind and other challenges, it promotes the construction of style of study under the credit system from five aspects of taking the school year system and credit system in parallel, playing a good style of teaching teachers, standardized tutorial system, the integration of the various departments of resources, stimulating students' subjectivity.
