在高职院校“地方化”的今天,产业结构调整对高职学生的职业能力提出了新的要求,而高职学生能否具备职业核心能力、行业通用能力、岗位特殊能力,很大程度上取决于是否有一支高素质的教师队伍。本文以丽水职业技术学院“四个一”工程实践为例,从理论上探讨了“四个一”工程的内涵与作用,并总结了以“四个一”工程为途径提升高职教师专业能力的实践经验,统计数据表明,“四个一”工程的实施是提升高职教师专业能力的有效途径。%As the localization of the vocational colleges, the adjustment of the local industrial structure puts forward new requirements of the ability to the students of the vocational colleges. But the core ability of the occupation, the general ability of the occupation, and the special ability of the occupation largely depend on whether there is an excellent team of teachers. In this paper, taking the "four one"project of Lishui Vocational and technical College as an example, the authors discuss the connotation and the effect of the "four one"project, and summarize the practical experience of how to promote the vocational teachers' professional ability via the "four one" project. Statistical data shows, the implementation of the"four one"project is an effective way to improve the teachers' professional ability.
