VMI环境下不同需求零售商的需求保障模型

         

摘要

Under the environment of VMI, considering the losses of shortage of retailers with different level of demand are different, a security strategy was established to firstly meet larger demanded retailers when the inventory reduces to a certain level of demand. Under the constraints of meeting retailers' certain service level, the certain level of demand of different retailers was determined to make the whole supply chain cost minimum. Finally simulation was used to verify the rationality of the calculation formula of service level, and the sensitivity analysis was made for the related parameters. Finally the practical significance of the model is explained using a actual case.%VMI环境下,考虑到具有不同需求等级零售商的缺货损失费不同,建立了当库存降低到一定需求水平点,优先满足缺货损失较大的零售商的需求保障策略。在满足零售商一定服务水平的约束下,确定针对不同零售商的需求水平点,使整个供应链费用最小。最后运用仿真对计算服务水平公式的合理性进行了验证,对相关参数进行了灵敏度分析。最后用案例演算说明了模型实际意义。
