As society progresses, the degree of complexity of the building structure becomes increasingly high, the incidence of fire is also increased, so the fire detection technology has become a research characteristic of in the field of fire detection. This paper describes the current situation of fire detection technology and the problems in its application in engineering, analyzes the future development trends and directions of fire detection technology, and finds that the early accurate detection remains a critical issue of automatic fire alarm and also the development trend in the future.%随着社会的不断进步，建筑物结构的复杂化程度越来越高，火灾的发生率也在逐年增加，因此火灾探测技术成为了火灾探测领域的研究特点。本文简述了火灾探测技术的现状及工程应用中存在的问题，分析展望了火灾探测技术未来的发展趋势和方向，发现早期准确预报依然是火灾自动报警的关键问题，也是今后的发展趋势。
